According to the City of San Diego, "This beach area is located at the west end of the San Diego River Floodway, also known as the Ocean Beach Flood Control Channel."

Which means, as you can see from the picture below, some decade, come high water, no more Dog Beach!

The Westchester Municipal Building has 15 trash barrels put out on trash days. Not one barrel is the blue one for recycling. Since there is no food served in the building, what are they filling all those black trash barrels with? And why are there no recycle bins?
