Charitable Organizations

• American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine Foundation - A public charitable foundation established to support studies relating to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of animal disease, to communicate and distribute this knowledge, and to educate trainees in various fields of veterinary internal medicine.
• American Kennel Club Canine Health Foundation - Develops resources for basic and applied health programs with emphasis on canine genetics to improve the quality of life for dogs and their owners.
• Animal Cancer Foundation - Studies and funds novel therapies aimed at eliminating cancer as a health problem in pets and people through research, prevention, and education.

• Animal Cancer Trust - Promotes ethical research into cancer of companion animals by the funding of research programmes and by the provision of research facilities. Funds specialist facilities for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in animals.
• The Lucky Moffat Memorial Fund - The Animal Cancer Therapy Subsidization Society (ACTSS) was formed to help bring affordable and effective cancer treatments to animals in Alberta. 
• Morris Animal Foundation - Funds clinical and basic research into animal diseases, including cancer.
• The Perseus Foundation - A not-for profit foundation supporting research and public education about cancer in companion animals, especially that research that might also be helpful in finding new treatments for cancer in children.
• The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund: Pet Trust Fund - The University of Guelph's Pet Trust, is a fund devoted to providing financial assistance for the advancement of health, health care, and quality of life, for companion animals.
• UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine - Animal Cancer Treatment Fund - ACT promotes the philosophy of improving the quality of life while using the most advanced techniques to treat cancer.
• The Winn Feline Foundation - Dedicated to feline health and research.
